Third Sector HR

Guardian has its roots in the third or voluntary sector and as such we have a keen understanding of the pressures faced by organisations who provide vital services in the housing, care and public sectors. We have been key partners in projects within the sector whether that is reviewing care contracts, changing models of support or helping customers communicate and consult with their staff during significant periods of organisational change.

  • Specialist HR support and guidance to Third Sector and Charity employers 
  • Compliance with regulatory frameworks - including SSSC, Care Inspectorate, Scottish Housing Regulator and OSCR
